We truly hope that you will absolutely love your Tarmac items!
However, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily accept your return within 14 days provided it is as new and with the tags attached.
It’s absolutely fine to try your new item on, however if the garment has been worn for a long period of time, damaged, washed, or the tags removed, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.
All returns are to be posted back to our warehouse in Sydney, there may be charges associated with returning your garment. After the garment is received by our team and inspected to ensure it is in the same condition it was posted, then an exchange or store credit will be applied.
We check each garment individually before they are dispatched from the warehouse. However, in unfortunate cases the garment may arrive to you in a below average condition. This may be due to a manufacturing fault or the item being damaged in transit.

- Your order number.
- Photos that clearly show the fault and the garment as a whole.
